Nah; I don't much fancy cake, to tell you the truth. My last birthday cake was an accidental chocolate beer cake ((mum thought she was adding wine, but for some reason the bowling pin bottle she kept cooking wine in contained beer)).

It sounds quite odd. My last cake was a mammoth chocolate mud thing. Couldn't even get through a piece in one sitting. It was peculiar. Despite the fact it was a chocolate cake you could still taste the beer; very strongly, in fact. It felt like every bite dissolved into the top of my pallet and seeped up through my nostrils. Most of the properties had been cooked out of it though so it's not like I got drunk on my 9th birthday just be eating cake. XD

My mother probably wouldn't have put alcohol in my cakes when I was that young. She made novelty ones instead, like ghosts and a ladybird... a monster... I even got a princess' castle one year, but I wasn't that impressed. Too girly.
Wonder if she'd make me a Phantom mask.

I might have been 10, actually. It was somewhere around that time, definitely before I was 12. I think I was 8 when I had a cake with Ariel on it.
I'm still looking for an opportunity to ask mum if she can help with mine ... preferably when dad's asleep.

I lost track ages ago; the only two comments I recall making that have made the biggest impact have been this one, plus when I said it would have been better if Ant had had a similar open-shirt costume to John English from when he played The Pirate King.

You have typed numerous things that have made me splutter into my tea. The staff (from one of your reports). The life-sized cardboard cutout, which was a precursor to the over-blowing. The hard on. And this is only recently. God knows what I could dig up if I tried.
Worst comment I've probably made... someone was talking about buying a budgie and Sandy said, "Just as long as it doesn't spray its seed everywhere," and... yeah.
