do you guys think Phantom is coming to Sydney (after Melbourne)??
but more importantly, do you think whether Anthony will do Phantom in Sydney as well? or would he not, due to family commitment +/- fact that the Melbourne season's going to be a long one?

Since Anthony lives in NSW he'd probably find a season of Phantom in Sydney very attractive - and it would save the family a bit of travelling!

I hate to be such a partypooper, but i just personally am doubtful that Ant would do Sydney... but that very well could just be an assumption brought on by his history with Phantom and only performing the role in Melbourne. I hope indeed that he does go to Sydney coz if it were not my b'day present, i doubt i would ever be trekking down to Melbourne to see the show and all those phans - ALL over Australia, dam it! - who wish to see him but can't afford the trip deserve to see him closer to home. But it's a lot to ask of a performer i suppose, if a tour was not in the original design.

I just thought I'd mention that I heard from Mr. Warlow, while meeting him at Hats Off that he WILL be doing the entire tour, he seems to be very passionate about bringing his performance to not only a new generation, but to those who missed seeing him originally.

Further than this, he's confirmed in several interviews that he will be performing in the entire (2 year) tour, which will take in most capital cities of Australia, as well as venturing trans-Tasman to New Zealand

Oh... this makes me soooo happy! I'm gonna try to see it at lesast 3 times in Sydney (if money permits!), I already have 3 different groups of people that want to go, so I'm gonna tag along with all of them... only one problem my daughter Claire wants to go to all of them as well. That means that I have to pay for a least 6 tickets... I'm gonna be poor but happy, next year!!!

I plan on going to see it again at some point, but if it's coming to NZ and Ant will be the Phantom then that's even more reason for me to go! ;D

Neh I'm sorry that I missed this thread before, it would be great if you and cinta could join us at a show in Sydney. I'd love to meet you two in person and my daughter Claire would get along great with you both... she'll be coming to every show I go to... I think she loved Phantom as much as me!
