Jumping back a bit, I also saved the pic and did some zooming- and I'm pretty convinced it says Dear Anthony, as the letters in the middle are higher than the others, with a 'y' on the end. As Simon is a 'flat' name, I'm convinced.
If it is Anthony's dressing room, it's very tidy!

Well, I'd expect it to have more on the dressing table than the Red Death hat and one card stuck to the notice board! I mean, I trash my dressing rooms, but even the tidiest of performers have stuff on their dressing tables!
