Some of mine: - LSS - Actually proving to my family you lot are real - THAT rumor. Which is quite amusing now Spread the Christmas/New Years Joy and add your highlights of 08!

Highlight? Sooooooo many! Where to start?
- the last Melbourne weekend and my first Antcounter - making friends that I will keep for ever - meeting said friends and feeling like you've known them for ever - LSS. All of it. (except the bit where I went to the loo and missed the Antcounter) - watching my gorgeous friend Ben play in the pit and see him blush with the acclaim of his new fan club - finding a place to unwind (no pun intended) at the end of a foul day/week and people to talk to - my numerous trips around the country and other random shows visited on those trips
Thank you one and all for making my year bearable.

2008 was: - LSS, the masks and that bloody t-shirt. - the view from 1067. - lolling @ Roy with kl and annoying everyone else in that theatre. - the bunny ears and the homoerotic comment. - Jackie being a legend. - Alex as Phantom! - running to that Wednesday matinee to see Alex as Phantom and getting the war wounds to prove it. - ditto for proving you guys are real. In addition, proving to my grandma that Sandy isn't a paedophile. - being badgered into Facebook. - corrupting people. - following a musical to another country. - the sign in the orchestra pit. - the countless pointless conversations I've had with you lot... - and the rarer but just as cherished serious ones. - Anthony making Josh wear the mask. ("He looks ridiculous!") - after a few shows, every time John mentions, "the old audience." - staff failure etc. etc. etc. And quote of the times: "It's down there; just put it in already!"

My highlights for the year include: - LMS and the first sighting of the Swarovski mask - LSS, after Ant being so sick and still getting him 4 out of 4 times - Meeting everyone at LSS, especially Son whose side I didn't leave - Meeting Anthony 1, 2, 3... heck I've lost count now. Numerous times. (I'm not a stalker, really) - Anthony's reaction to my present - LAS and having such a great time with people from US - Giving out so many presents in Auckland, and seeing everyone walk out of stage door eating the Chocolate fish that Nik gave them - The cast all being so wonderful to us and always stopping to chat But the most important one... - Making some fantastic friends on here, including someone on the other side of the world who has become my best friend. If it were not for Anthony and this site none of that would have happened. So I am very grateful! Have a great 2009 everyone!

Has anyone ever heard of the song "668: The Neighbour of the Beast" by an American country/metal/rap group called Travis Shredd & The Good Ol' Homeboys? The name makes me laugh, that's all.

Highlights for me include actually joining the site and getting to know you guys. While I have not met any of you personally (I hope to rectify that at LADS!), I feel thankful that I feel comfortable enough with you guys that I can join in on conversations without feeling too much like a fool (that may not have come out right, but I hope you know what I mean - I am painfully shy and you guys have made me feel so welcome and part of the group!) So thanks all! ;D Ultimate highlight would have to be seeing Phantom for the very first time, and seeing THE MAN in his role - absolute bliss!

*to above* That was indeed a spine-tingling sight, seeing him wearing the badge. And of course, it looked good on him!
- Handing out badges to members around the table as we ate dinner Sat night. Don't know why, but it made me feel proud - Writing that stupid US PhANTom ditty on the train coming down (kudos to Claire) - seeing purple, lots of purple

Fine- as a higlight, the ESPHB thread - Get AWAY from his car! - Him possibly hearing that >.< - Getting an amazing present from darling Nadia in Sydney - Finally crossing something off my life's to do list (see Sydney), but only see the three or so blocks around Star City. - The giant Phantom mirror in 1067 - The calling card. - Having the most amazing 18th imaginable thanks to you all! - The colour purple corrupting my life. (To the point where my belly button barbell has a purple jewel) - Witnessing CPR in action. And people witnessing how girly I react to accidents. - Getting the stares in the foyer of the Lyric- yes we were a big rowdy group so who cares?!

Mine would have to be -above Warlow glaring at ME out of the whole Civic in Auckland- at the LSS, when this group of girls -as far as I could tell at the time- all girls in front of me jumped to their feet and started screaming like mad, actually making Nadia Komazc do the slightest double take as she came out to take a bow....
