Ant made an appearance in my dream a few nights ago. It was a Star wars based dream in which Ant was flying a Rebel fighter. He started singing during the mission... it was weird.

Hehehe, that's bloody brilliant! Almost as cool as the multiple amount of times i've dreamt about being chased to the death by Orcs.... around my primary school playground.... no, really - it happened in sequence over about 3 months! I don't know if this counts but i have had an UNEXPECTED SONG LSS DREAM! ;D ;D ;D *how i managed this having never met/seen most of you, i can't say* We were all gathered in a drama prac room at my Uni for God knows what reason.... but this room was somewhere in central Sydney (obviously!) And we all chatting excitedly and hugging and then Mar got up and stood on a chair with a clipboard in hand (no lie) and started desginating duties to everyone. And she didn;t give me anything to do until the end, when she turned to me smiling and i said "what about me" and then EVERYONE started chanting 'CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE!!!!' And then Jazz walked out with boxes upon boxes of cakes, and you all pointed to me, laughing, and i was doing a happy dance, and then someone put me on their shoulders... and then i woke up. Laughing.

I reckon I'd need a chair; or stilts. Yeah, stilts. Where can I get a pair of stilts?
I have to confess, I have had the passing thought of doing something like that. Not standing on a chair, I mean partly organising a few things.

I think it was a very logical aspect of the dream, i agree. But can i still get a cake chant?

I think that goes without saying. And I'm certain this is a result of thinking about IT too much ((although I wouldn't mind if it was a premonition)) :
It didn't start off as an Ant dream. In fact, it was a nightmare. Not much of one, I admit, but a nightmare nevertheless. L.A. and I had left the battle; our nephew, Ben, had stayed behind to clear up the odds and ends of the war. When L.A. pulled into the drive she said: 'Wait, he might still need us.' As she got out she looked back, towards the East, and - from the backseat - I leaned forward and put something on her seat; a water bottle, perhaps, and a coloured paper bag of something ((and oddly enough this seemed to be an American car)). Then there was something, like a flash, or a flicker of shadow, and she sighed. 'Yep, he still needs us. Come on.' I removed the items from her seat and as she climbed back into the car I noticed seashells under the seats; green-painted seashells covered in a glossy film with tiny silver sparkles. A scene change. We found ourselves in a car-less carpark of a mall; people were wandering about all over the place, and we spotted Ben milling about as though zombified. We parked near him as he was walking close to where Peter sat in a deckchair with a few empty deckchairs on either side. When I looked to see what had caught his attention my heart stopped; there, under a gazebo, was Anthony, singing Music of the Night to Ana Marina, dressed in a light grey suit and holding a small carton of Feel Good iced coffee. I'd like one too, I thought - and not just because he had one ((I really do like them; I get one every Thrusday with my Subway [only I buy it elsewhere first as Subway don't sell the small ones])). Mum and L.A. sat in deckchairs in the corner, the rest of the crowd milling about the gazebo, and as I made a start towards the make-shift marketplace / warehouse the crowd became unruly; a gang of wrestlers ((this'll teach you not to watch WWF, even for a moment)) had pushed up against the stage and demanding Ant and Ana get off because they had booked the gazebo and Ant's casual concert was running overtime. Many clambered onto the stage and there was a brawl with the bodyguards; I lost sight of Ant and feared he was one of the ones that had been suddenly pinned down. And just as quickly as it started, the fight was over. The wrestlers melted away, and there he was again, still singing. I turned left, towards the all-corners drink stall, and circled it it few times inspecting the fridges with a quick glance at the guy behind the bar. Almost everything had been cleared out but I managed to find a small Feel Good, albeit chocolate. I reversed to go back around and found the man had been replaced by a fat brunette in a pink shirt sitting on a stool behind a tiny table. "Ooh, what's that like?" she asked as she took my drink and jammed a straw in the top - before taking a gulp. "Ooh, that's nice." Dumbfounded, I slowly turned away and made my way back to the corner. As I was walking along the wall I glanced at the gazebo and noticed Ant was doing something odd; He was lying on a large, upright wooden board that had a slight indent for him to lie in. A thin, slightly see-through and possibly lacey white sheet had been placed over him, he had two parts of it crumpled in his hands and he was moving about as if through water, or making a snow angel. I thought I caught a glimpse of the colour of his eyes and a blush rose to my cheeks, followed by smile of rememberance. I sat down to mum's left; on the other wall of the corner sat L.A., and to her right was an empty deckchair. From the corner of my eye I could see him step down from the gazebo, part the crowd and he slowly made his way towards us. I fiddled with my drink, too afraid to look up, and I noticed L.A. lean over and hiss: "Cristina!" ((Cristina is my middle name, in case it wasn't obvious)). When I looked up he was there, his arm extended; he lifted me to my feet, led me towards the gazebo along the outskirts of the crowd but before we could even go through it he stopped, made me twirl and pulled me close - Dream cut. I was sitting on the outskirts with my back to the gazebo and glanced back. What the hell? Ana Marina singing Bring on the Men? Sounds too much like Linda Eder. Again, from the corner of my eye, I spied him stepping down from the gazebo and I casually got up and returned to my deckchair. He was tentative in his approach, but once he entered the circle he relaxed and sat next to L.A. I stood, put a hand on his leg and with a "follow me" indication from my right hand I asked: 'Could you come with me for a moment please?' ((I confess that was a bit of dream direction; it was here that I started returning to consciousness. Also, despite dreaming, I still heard my mind scream: Holy Hell, I've got my hand on his leg!)) He threaded my arm in his when we rose, we said our hellos, and then turnd the corner into the restaurant. 'I'm glad to get this chance to talk to you.' 'I'm just glad I get to meet you again,' I replied, lightly resting my head on his upper arm for a moment ((sheesh, dream slut much)). 'I've wanted to get in contact with you and I'm sorry I haven't, especially after seeing those lovely photos.' ((Traitor)) So he's read the letters, I thought glumly. We found ourselves in the heart of a quarter-filled restaurant. The table tops looked like hundreds of white tiles with a red-tile and assorted gem design in the centre and along the edges, and the chairs looked like something out of a Tiki hut. I thought it was too crowded and noise to talk to Ant about ... well, you know. Even so, I scanned the room for a two-seater table, finding none. I resolved to just ask him upfront: 'Sir ... ?' 'I know; not very romantic, is it?' Even in my dreams he surprises me. He turned me around and West of our original path, where we spotted a glass wall and door that showed a lovely, empty room near the bar of the restaurant. 'There.' He now took me by my right hand and led me to the glass room, holding the door open for me to enter before him. 'Oh, it's beautiful!' I exclaimed, and it truly was; the floors were of white tile with a slight green tinge, there were plants of all shapes and sizes about the place that seemed to sparkle, the wall to the left was a rough-textured dark-grey concave stone that met up with the right wall, which in fact was the steel and plexi-glass railing of the balcony that over-looked the rest of the mall, the top of the railing was made out of a curved green plexi-glass. He leaned back with both hands behind him on the railing, watching me as I observed the room, then turned to look with me when I finally joined him at the railing to examine the rest of the mall. Those floors were also white-tiled with a green tint and the walkways were wide, with only one central divide of more plants with assorted gems and some purple things ((I can't remember what they were; maybe ribbons and so forth)). 'Yes, and it's frequently maintained.' He stepped behind me, took my left hand and led me to a soft, green rectangle, sitting himself down still to my left and shuffling three small white plates as a waiter entered and proceeded to decorate a nearby ((again, tiled)) table with a platter - and green seashells.

I wonder how he'd react to the snow-angel bit ... that was really weird, even for Ant.
And I have no idea what the seashells were all about.

I don't have many books on dream symbolism; in fact I've only got a portion of a section in one. There's "sea", but that doesn't help. Shellfish is the closest I can find, and they have "to find shells empty, loss of time and credit; to find them full, hope and success. To gather them, merry making sport (gypsy folklore)".
...
I didn't examine the shells but the logical part of me said they were empty.

Mar my side still hurts from laughing so much, not at your dream which is beautiful, I'm in hysterics over the "dream slut". oh boy... My one and only dream about Anth was nearly a year ago. We(hubby and myself) were at one of his concerts, had front row seats smack bang in the middle and I had this Cheshire Cat grin on my face through the whole concert... Then he started singing this song called "Kiss me quick" and he started walking around the audience and then he stopped right in front of me,looked into my face and sang "kiss me quick" then he puckered up and without thinking I kissed him square on those lips(i thought I'm never going to get another chance at this so im' diving in head [or should I say lips] first. About a second later Anth finishes the song and then i sit back down and look over to my husband and (yes i'm still grinning like luna park)he is just sitting there shaking his head. When the concert finished my husband turned to me looked me in the eye and shook his head...................................but i didn't care i got to kiss ANTHONY WARLOW.

*dies of jealousy* poppy! WHAT a dream!
I have to admit, Ant is cropping up fairly regularly in my dreams now. I remember one from the other night that I was standing on a balcony, feeling really sad for some reason. Alexander Lewis was there and kept asking me what was wrong, but I refused to talk to him - I'm insane!- so Julie came out and he said "Go get Ant, she'll talk to him, they're best friends" -eeek!-, so she and Alex left and Ant came out and put his arms around me. He put his nose into my hair and said "What's wrong? Why won't you talk to anyone?" and I remember saying "Let me go, please, just let me go". But he wouldn't and just held me tighter and said "I'm your friend and I'm not going anywhere. Let me help you".
Weird, but very sweet.

That's a cute as dream phantomess, but I can't believe it, Ant was hugging you with his nose in your hair and you told him to let go!? The crazy things we do in dreams... I was looking back over my diaries I keep and I came across an old Ant dream I'd forgotten about My friend's and I were at a show that Ant was performing. We couldn't see him but we were ecstatic just because we'd gotten him. Even in the dream I could hear his amazing voice! Afterwards we wondered if we could meet him. Right on cue he walked out saying something like, "How are you ladies?" Then he said, "Come with me for a walk." Just like that I was walking beside him and I could totally feel his wonderful presence! It was a great dream because we were saying how easy it was to talk and how we felt like we'd known each other for years! (I think that was definitely a subconcious projection of what I wish would happen! )

poppy, lol! Not quite like that. More like when you hug someone from behind and just put your forehead against the back of their head. I think I wanted him to let go because I knew he was happily married and I was upset that we were best friends but nothing could happen, so I was telling him to let me go, more emotionally than physically. I think. That's a possible explanation for my temporary insanity. Then again, dreams never make much sense! guitargirl, a walk with Ant! How awesome! Oh to do that after LSS! ^_^

Jeez, all these dreams are just making me wish i could transfer dreams from one mind to another, and i'd steal them all far far away from you!!! But it's only now that i'm beginning to realise the incredibly erotic Phantom dream i had back in 2005 may have in fact been Ant-Erik..... so now it's taking on a whole new meaning....

Hehe, oh no no! I made the mistake of telling one friend, once, simply because the whole thing was weighing on my mind in it's weirdness, and i have since lived to regret that decision because now if Phantom is ever brought up (which of course is often) she just starts chuckling and shaking her head. Mabye one day people, mabye one day....

And we cna now add this curious bundle to everyone's imagination: Twilight (the film) mixed with J&H (Ant's, of course) - in trailer form. Now even i can't back that one up! Thank golly it was one of those ones that came just before i woke up, coz it was getting a bit too ... odd.

I must be logging on here too often, coz I had my first Ant related dream last night! I was on a cruise ship (which is bizaar in itself, seeing as I hate boats!), and I'm pretty sure a large chunk of Unexpected Song members were there too (even though I haven't met any of you!). Anyway, it was a pretty unexciting dream - he came on stage and sung a few songs, that was about it - but exciting for me coz he had a bit of a chat to me! ahh, one can dream!
