Nightmare Before Christmas.
I know of Daniel Day-Lewis - but a brief scan of what he's been in didn't turn up anything I've watched....

Coraline.
I haven't seen that either. I've realised this weekend that I am very badly educated in both movies and books.

Not really I'm a lot older than you plus the fact I'm a bit of an "anorak" I only need the bobble hat and I'd be purfect.
Anyway back to the game.

Rollerball
I've seen you mention puppets before. Do you make them or operate them or both.

Labyrinth.
At the moment, we're making them. Eventually the plan is to operate them as well. We're having some technical difficulties with the making, but it'll all work out eventually. I think the main problem is that I keep having ideas of how to do different kinds of puppets - so instead of concentrating of one and getting it finished, there's lots of half finished puppets floating around the house.

I, Robot
And finding used squash balls for my mouse choir. I'm having trouble fitting my brain around how the foam shape fits with the fabric for a rod puppet... although Marie-Cris bought a teddy bear book that might help work out the shape of the fabric. And I think I've worked out how to build the innards of a marionette, but we didn't have time to get that started last weekend. I should start making the clothes, but my head hurts.

Trainspotting
It sounds like your trying to solve every problem at once. I'll see if I can find anything that might help. I have spent years making costumes for my boys for fancy dress. It dosn't stop when they leave school. I am about to start a polar bear costume for a 21 year old!!!!!!
