I'm not being modest when I say I'm rubbish at graphics manipulation. I follow a couple of tutorials, work out a few tricks... but if you search around you'll find far more talented people than me out there. Particularly on livejournal. Those icon artists own me.
...That's not to say I won't graciously accept your praise, heheh. Maybe I'll print one off and ask Ant to sign. XD
@ Mar: unfortunately, it came with the white background. Magnetic lasso was being a cow, magic wand was even worse and I didn't fancy googling for better pics. So picture me cutting out the sharpie one pixel at a time.

 I think the Sharpie Company should pay you for that! You're freakin' talented, unwinding_fantasy! I learnt to use photoshop following some tutorials a while ago too, but I cannot do it as good as you. And I'm rather slow at these work. It's weird: if I try to work on jokes like this it only takes a few minutes. If I want to make a pretty icon it takes hours and half the time it doesn't turn out how I wanted it anyway. I'm still learning the ins-and-outs of Photoshop CS3. In fact I was looking for CS3 for Dummies today but alas, to no avail.  lol if i tried that, it'd be in paint. hm actually i might go try one.... Please do! We can inspire one another. XD |
