I thought it was an appropriate colour, given the facial expression!! I'm very proud of him. All my own work!!

But I have a deep attraction to purple ... and now I can't stop looking at it ...

^ I'm not going to say what it looks like (the picture in general, that is.) But I have a deep attraction to purple ... and now I can't stop looking at it ... Yes, the colour was what got my attention too. XD I've been trying to make an icon out of that head shot but damme, the mask is so reflective. Getting the contrast up is hard...

I haven't even tried a single graphic since my last icon; nothing I make can compare to any of yours.
BTW, I have a favour; think you can whip up a birthday banner with the site name and saying that we're having a guest and members mix ((or something)) throughout April? Something not too big that can be put into LJs and MySpace pages and whatnot.

Oh. I kinda feel like I'm usurping you, but if you mean it... Um, do you have a sample I can work from? At the very least it'd help if you let me know what size you need. i don't mean to show anyone up. ant does things to me. XD

Can't wait till we get some graphics- now that I know how to do images on LJ anyway XD

I can show you last year's banner: ^ Dull, too big, and ... dull. But basically like that; not as much writing if you don't want to, but at least have "Unexpected Song's 2nd Birthday Bash", maybe "open forum" *shrug* ... and smaller. I tried advertising with ^ last year' and it got too much of a hassle.

Something like, "Unexpected Song's 2nd Birthday Bash" then below "Come as guests; stay as family Warlovians"? XD
I'll try to make something... colourful. Tomorrow. I'm on the craptop right now, which takes about ten minutes to load every page (Brother has usurped the computer). Modifying posts is terrible. This is probably even slower than Ant's computer. -)_-

XD Surprise me ((don't stray past 10pm, mind; we'll understand but THEY won't)).
Definitely something colourful. I'd try one myself but you're so much better at graphics ((again, all I do is colouring; and mainly with blues)).

That "come as guests" line makes me want to make fun of Rob Guest....as usual. XD
I reckon my PC could out-slow your 'craptop'- although I just got news (while whinging about the dial-up again) that we're finally getting broadband. Hello Youtube!

Oh I've seen them- I make precious use of my time at my aunt's place by sitting in a corner with her wireless equipped laptop that she doesn't pay a cent for.... I loved "The Mysterious Ticking Noise". Everyone at my school had it on their phones for weeks.

The only problem is, "Snape, Snape, Severus Snape" gets stuck in my head. It's the worst tune to be plagued with repeatedly! That and the line, "And we are his sisters and his cousins and his aunts".

I STILL feel guilty when watching Patience.

There was an episode of Gilmore Girls I watched today where all these kids were singing the table of elements to the tune of "Modern Major General" which is how I learnt the table in year 8, so all day I was going around singing the table of elements. Irritating!

We learned the periodic table to the tune of Ten Little Indians:
"Hydrogen, helium, lithium, berrylium..."

I wish my education had been that interesting; I liked remembering the table of elements but never got past 20. We never had much to help us remember, just stupid tests.

What would the symbol be and how would you define it as an element? *flash back to year 8*

The fifth element; the supreme being.
((All right, I confess; I love that movie. And I wish I could sing the alien's aria))

Actually, it should be Warlovium. Sadly, W is already taken (damn you, curse you, Tungsten! You don't even begin with a "w"!) so it'll have to be Wa.
Properties: solid at room temperature. Turns females to liquids, often merely from exuding sound waves. Catalyst for amazing theatrical performances. Readily bonds with element Ce. Unique because when in a base state it is a very stable element, however, put it on a stage and it will become highly exciteable.

*giggletantrum* *giggletantrum* *giggletantrum* Oh, very well done unwinding!!. Warlovium can cause excitability in other elements as well (or is that just me??)

^ But won't bond with them. Warlovium is fangirlphobic. XD
I was at a loss as to which group to place it in. After all, it is very calm off-stage but once the acting/singing kicks in... If we take into account the charisma, maybe we wouldn't be too astray in placing it with the other halogens.
High electronegativity...
Guess who's thinking way too hard about things again.
