I still remember one of my friends- "You're meeting up with someone you met...on the internet?!"
Followed by "Are they as crazy as you?" XD

It's not that disturbing! I have a car the same almost except for the colour and the year. And I had stayed in the hotel across the road six times and seen him entering and leaving the theatre a few times. Just simple observation put to good use!

Oh aye; "The view from the top ... "
And what a view. He was in that light blue shirt, wearing sunnies and his jacket was slung over his shoulder.

I shouldn't have vented my frustrations there.

It's better to let things out and not stew in your frustrations alone. A problem shared is a problem halved, etc. *grouphug*

^ With the way talk has been lately, that sounds awfully creepy...
I just had one of those awful moments when realisation hits. Feel free to throw rotten fruit.
I met Anthony's wardrobe lady.
I didn't ask his shirt size.
>).< does not suffice.

How could you work that question into a conversation?
"That's a really nice shirt you're wearing. Speaking of shirts...." XD

i was thinking more along the lines of "so you made the red death pants...." or "so you must have worked very closesly with Anthony...."

Bringing up the Red Death pants is smart.....they're quite a distraction, after all!

She told me about the dressing room floor -- voluntarily! In fact, I hadn't even raised the subject. I was doing the polite thing, asking what she was doing. She was moving to Priscilla exactly one week before Phantom's Melbourne season closed. Anthony would've had to either find a new wardrobe person or settle with dressing himself...
(Mar, I am trying.)
But I wasn't quite this obsessive back then. I didn't think to ask about things like that. Damme! *kicks self repeatedly*

It's times like these I wish I had a time machine
"excuse me, I was in here before asking about costumes, and I forgot to ask what Anthony's shirt size is"
"Medium, and why do you suddenly look so much older?"
"... thanks, bye!" *hides*

Found another interesting site. I got a few chuckles out of this one: Phantom on a Budget -- yes, like my comic strip that never eventuated! (It's the same person who cosplays Erik that I mentioned in my first post, only she has a whole company with her. The "playbill" is quite funny, in particular the comment about Christine.)

Good for Eriks, sadly not for Christines.
Why is it that I want to actually take on the role of Erik and yet I have the urge to also be girly for once and try Christine?

Because crossdressing is fun but Christine gets Erik. Actually, it would be rather funny if our admin turned up as Christine with a whole army of Eriks.

^ For the purpose of you being the admin and having your own personal army of Eriks, I fully support your endeavour! If you look at Phantom on a Budget (again) they attended a show for the US 3NT where the touring company displayed some of Christine's costumes. If you're interested in getting reference pictures or just want some inspiration you can email the site's owner and she'll send you a bunch. (That blue gown's pretty. Thinking Wishing?)

I never quite realised ... how ugly Christine's costumes could get.
((Already knew about the Masquerade one though))
I do like the blue dress but I'm far too fat to wear it. Did you read the measurements? L.A. could pull it off no problem; I wouldn't even be able to pull it ON.

I just checked my measurements. 34" 29" 34" ... That's unhealthy, isn't it?
