(("I've never had the opportunity to wear cool costumes"?))
I love dressing up in costume. My fave last year was either my Rhythmic costume or Song & Dance.... *memories*

Yeah, sequins; couldn't think what they were for a moment.
Becs, be thankful your dance school's requirement on performance night ISN'T to wear a beige G.
Man I hated all of my costumes. And pretty as it was, I especially hated the Jasmine costume I wore in 03 when I sang A Whole New World with Darrin because it consisted of a top and a bottom that showed off my stomach.

But not a wall. Punching walls is bad. Especially when the wall wins. Re: the slave girl outfit - I have to say I almost didn't want to like her the first time I saw her coz she just looked too perfect when she came running out in that outfit (me, jealous? noooo.... ). It's one thing to be all petite and delicate like that but it ain't fair that she's so curvy too. I daresay she has quite the optimal build for pulling off those Victorian style outfits. Sigh. Not fair. Luckily she's such a sweetheart, or I'd be one of those bitter people saying "damn all those beautiful, talented people" Re: hair colour....Ana's like a lil chameleon, eh? I remember the first time I tried searching her on the net I was getting so confused coz she'd show up with blonde hair, brown, dark/almost black, reddish brown...and I couldn't figure out the chronological order of the photos coz it seemed to change so much. Lucky for her she seems to suit all of them (can't say I'm so lucky, being asian sort of cuts down your choices of respectable hair colours ) ETA: Beige G?!? not JUST a beige G, right? gosh...

Damme! I knew I spelt it right the first time! When my computer catches up I'll have to change that.
No, not just a beige G, but it was required; along with beige strapless bras ... and during lessons we had to wear pink scrunchies or hair ties ((helped me remember it was Wednesday)). We had our own navy blue leotards, TIGHTS and jackets and even in the hot weather I would wear the TIGHTS ((I really don't like my legs)).

If you were wearing it under the leotard, why on earth did it have to specifically be beige!!
Hehe blue leotard and pink scrunchie. Classy. I remember I had one of those sickening matching leotard/scrunchie/sock outfits in black and orange. I must've looked like a road sign.

Mar, we wear as little underwear as possible under our costumes- it looks horrible being able to see underwear under a costume, as well as if the adjudicator can see it we lose points. Its not a good look. Although being rather...er, top heavy, ging without needed support can be a bitch at times. But we are required to wear a G, a strapless fully convertible bra- some of the smaller girls go for chicken fillets or just sports tape- and nothing else under our costumes. Which is fine.
Although Cal is less strict with class attire as ballet. For ballet I'm required to wear a black leo, salmon (not pink, salmon) tights, free choice in slippers and pointes- because everyone has different requirements- and have to have our hair neatly pulled back. Cal is this, to quote our coach "As your seniors, all I ask it that it's black, safe to dance in and I can see your figure clearly". Most of us opt for black footless tights- often full of holes, because we roll around on the floor- ratty black leos and in winter fitted black tops. And black accessories like warmers and woollies. And hair has to be off our faces, but Wendy's only really strict for rehearsals. And comps? She's a nazi. Very strict dress code for comps.

For the record, I'm not really complaining about the straps Though I did always wonder at them, looking at some of the pictures of the Christines and Megs, they look like they would be more annoying than anything else, especially given how much they have to dance around in them... At the same time, looking at Ana in that slavegirl outfit (who looks so hot in it I think I'm risking 3rd degree burns just LOOKING at the picture) I can't help but reflect that the guys like Kyle Stevens in the dance troop really have an awesome job...and perhaps I was too hasty when I gave up ballet after two lessons - taken as a kid just because my sisters took it and damn it, I was *not* going to be left at home those nights This is hardly a constructive comment but can I just say it's nice to have a guy around here fanboying the ladies. Offsets the oestrogen overload ever so slightly.

Would the lady in the room who did NOT grind their teeth together when Ana or Julie mashed their face into Anthony's at the end of POTO please raise their hand now? Then hand over the results of their lie detector test... With that said, because you're all party poopers, I promise if I ever DO meet Richard, I'll just shake his hand and tell him he is one lucky dude and I salute his awesomeness in winning the heart of Ana.

Well if I can't hit him, I have to needle him *somehow* damn it Back somewhat on topic, is it true that her name was actually Marina Ana, but she switched it for stage purposes to avoid confusion with Marina Prior?? EDIT Nevermind, I found the truth of this in this very thread. At least the name change.

I remember I had one of those sickening matching leotard/scrunchie/sock outfits in black and orange. I must've looked like a road sign. No no, the leotard was just for class. The beige underwear was a requirement for the performing night. A lot of the costumes I had when I was in it were light coloured and / or see-through. And it is good to see the guys levelling out the atmosphere ... sort of. I hope the rest of the guys can learn from you and join in.

I *dare* one of you to ask her who is the better kisser; Alexander, Anthony, Roy or Simon I'd ask if I thought there was a chance she'd actually answer ;D. But since she's so diplomatic about even saying who her favourite Phantom is, what are the chances >.> And since Alex (and Roy, if he's been Raoul - has he yet?) is really the only one who gets to kiss her back, I dunno if it's a very even contest *ponders*

Interesting indeed Hah, I'm sure he'd understand why a girl would be curious. Although if she actually answers, Ana might get some interrogating afterwards...

In answer to you question, chimaera, Roy has been Raoul on a few occasions. As far as I know, none of us have managed to see it.
