I'd rather have Captain Corcoran!!!!! You've already got Archibald hidden under your bed! That's not fair! EDIT: If there was a store, I'd go out and buy one. No costume shops in country towns

I like to think I am woman enough for BOTH Archibald AND Captain Corcoran XD XD XD PS If I really had Archibald under my bed do you think I would spend so much time here?

"But dammit, it's just not fair!"
*mutters something about the cat-o-nine-tails*
Damn. I want Corcoran, Eisenstein and Erik ... Erik most of all due to my lust for music ((for without, this heart may cease and, good life, I leave thee)), Cocoran for his damn cute smile, the boat cloak, the - *cough* pose ... and et cetera ... and Eisenstein because although he's arrogant he's rather adorable and ... *mutters something about the hand* ... passionate when in love.
Archibald ... funny without meaning to be and a good face ... scares me in his aesthetic state. I blame the hair and the velveteen top ...
OMG MY MIND IS MEAN. I'm not even sure I can say it *shut up mind, shut up*

I can get you a nice (rental) cape and a mask Mars, if you wish to forget sanity at Phantom...
The velveteen top is good, for imagine what we'd be like if it wasn't there?!? XD

...
I think I better clarify my thoughts.
Remember those little paper dolls that you got to dress up with paper cloths that had flaps on parts of the edges so they could fold onto the paper doll?
...
I think I'll let that thought sink in.

The thought has done more than sink- it's permanantly embedded itself into the part of my brain dedicated to mental pictures....and it won't go away!

I have a magnetic Little Britain Daffyd - The Only Gay in the Village Doll that sits on our enormous drug safe at work that we dress up. Similar concept except moved on a generation and I suspect he would favour a velveteen tunic, pink tights and black boots as well!!! Also have dress-up Kath & Kim dolls as well. Hours of entertainment for passing anaesthetists and nurses! I used to have a set of those dressup cardboard dolls - of course I'm so old they were made of parchment not cardboard!!!!!!

It'd go nicely with the Hyde Treatment T-Shirts.
I'm serious, I want to make those shirts!

Your story of the dress up Daffyd ("I'm the only gay in the village"...good times) reminded of something at the State Theatre in Melbourne- in the wardrobe department they had a fridge with (I think) a Dorothy magnet- Lauren correct me if I'm wrong- that wasn't quite right, with brooms stuck places and whatnot....I think the wardrobe people got very bored during OA's melbourne run!!
I'd buy a dress-up magnetic Ant! Imagine the costume combinations!

I'm racing off to my useful box now to create one!!!! What a shame Ant never got accepted for Play School and got that second rate job as the Phantom instead. I would have nailed my children to the floor to make them watch it with me!!!!!!! I'm sure he could have done wonderful things with pipe cleaners and glitter!!!! XD

I wish I saw crafty; mum's crafty, but I can't ask her ... oh no. No no no, bad thought.
I remember watching the Comedy Gala once and Adam Hills went into a T-Shirt store and got a shirt with a personalised message on it. I wonder if there are any stores like that.
I wonder what font "Hyde Treatment" should be in ...
OH DAMMIT! IF I HAD ONE I'D WEAR IT TO PHANTOM!!

For those of you in Melbourne, rejoice- in the basement at Myer melbourne is, if you can find it, a place that prints custom t-shirts- I know because I asked how much it would be to get 'Warlovian' put on a tee in the smashed mirror/phantom font, as a weird parody of the 'Phanatic' shirts....its quite costly, because you have to pay about $25 for the shirt, then for whatever's getting printed.
We should get merchandise for this forum- then we'd really hit cult status and could find each other at random!

I actually thought of that the first time I saw Patience.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who's had the thought ...
Unfortunately I also listened to Hello Little Girl on that day, so there was a lot of weird imagery going on.
