f k. No, that's got nothing to do with what we've been talking about. Just ... f k.

I hear you! Although, as Lauren said to me, is 'f k' a big enough word to cover this? (and I apologise to Lauren!)

No, but last year' ((or the year' before that)) I blerted something that almost covers it. Be warned, it's odd:
GAH GNAH FARASHAKATA!
Told you.

I think that means "I want to have his babies" in Swahili (but I may be wrong, my Swahili is a bit rusty!!!)

I've sent a text to my nan, asking her about the original petition- she replied saying she'll have a look, and to check up with her later in the week.... I believe there was some stuff in the newspapers about it as well...

Eesh. If we could get permission to transfer all those signatures that'd really top our numbers ... providing everyone on that list is still living ... *hides*

Better than High School Musical!
Ok, I need to rant this- if you intend to see 'The Golden Compass' (Alethiometer damnit!), please please PLEASE read the book by Philip Pullman first. Do yourself a favour and read this incredible trilogy before going to your local multiplex to see plot holes! really fast paced scene changes! too much information put out at once in an illogical fashion! (Most of the info will make more sense if you've read the book anyhow)
And make sure you see it with someone else who has read the book- nitpick together! You may even get 'sooshed' *wink*

im gonna have to explain this one. im interested in/collect Militaria (stuff from wars). A bit ago i found out my dads grandfather was in ww1 and his son (neil) was in ww2, so i started researching and found out that neil is still alive, i wanted to meet him, my parents wouldnt let me. What im annoyed about is: Now my parents are going to go visit him (it came out of nowhere!), and they're gonna take MY research and show him and ask about his, and his fathers medals and what not, but they wont let me come! and that just pisses me off something fierce! i just feel ripped off, it's like its my interest, my research and they dont have an interest in it or care about it like i do. grrrrr, i hope that doesnt sound petty.

CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!!!!! Had the worst day at work and life is so unfair. Had to do a C-Section on a lady and the baby was dead. It was absolutely awful and life is a complete bitch. I was the one that had to tell her when she woke up and it really sucked big time. After I was all professional and looked after her for an hour before she left Recovery Room to go back to her ward I just sat in my office and sobbed and sobbed and now I'm crying again dammit. It was truly awful, but the only positive thing about the whole thing is that while things still upset me like that I know I still have the capacity to care and feel and empathise. It's when they don't get to you that you know you are in deep s t and you should get out straight away. And I've got home to an empty house so I've got no-one to vent to except you lot so hence this post. I am now going to go and sit in a dark room, drink copious amounts of gin and listen to Elgar's Cello Concerto and cry some more. Tomorrow is another day, and the sooner it gets here the better. I wish I was going to Phantom this weekend instead of next weekend. I need Erik therapy really badly!!!
