His death was SADS (sudden adult death syndrome) according to the coroner. Lungs were filled with fluid and he could only have been saved if the paramedics had got there within 3 minutes of him getting sick (which would have been impossible). A report I read said that there was probably an "electrical" problem with the heart and the first symptom would have been death! Not nice but at least it was fast. I have been going to watch his funeral on Youtube but I know I will cry as apparently it is very sad, so I think I will wait until there is no-one in the office! Can't watch it at home as I only have dial-up.

Oh, poor fellow. It's never nice when someone dies so suddenly, and without warning.
Neh, it's not that you were getting confused so much as that I don't watch the news or read the newspapers or anything. I find it horribly depressing, and if anything major happens, someone usually tells me. And I'm ever so sorry for your cold.

And NZ loses another actor. Martyn Sanderson has died of emphysymia (don't think that is spelt correctly!!). He was an actor from the era of Bruno Lawrence whom some of you may remember starring in an Australian tv show some years ago. Bruno, Martyn, Geoff Murphy and many others lived on a commune in Hawkes Bay for several years and Bruno's family still live there. Anyone remember Blerta? That was Bruno's band and the whole tribe used to travel around NZ & Australia putting on shows with singers, actors, a real mixture. This was way back in the late 60's/early 70's so probably you are all too young to remember.

A big sarcastic "thank you" to the two men in Melbourne who coughed and sneezed over me while I was walking down Bourke St. I bought your germs home with me and I now have the most horrific cold, loss of voice and a cough so bad it makes me cry. So I have to go to see the doctor tomorrow. Can I send you the bill?

Good luck with that Lynne, meanwhile would anyone like my 7 year old child for a few years?
I'll take him back of course but only when he has learned to behave!

I can't decide which I hate more. Cleaning, or the fact that I can't stop myself from procrastinating. I have to have my place clean by Sunday night, and if I just got stuck into it, I reckon I could get most of it done today. Instead, I am cleaning things that are completely irrelevant - and easy. I just sorted through my plastic bags bag, and threw out all the plastic bags with holes in them. Pointless or what?

Well Poppy, I think I am too old to take on another child now, sorry!! I meet a woman I used to work with when I was at the supermarket recently and she said "guess what my total is?" I had no idea what so was talking about. She said - 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter just born!! She was always jealous that I had 2 grandchildren before she had any, but she is making up for it now, three times as many as me.

Procrastination is a pain - but it's even more frustrating when there's actually nothing to procrastinate... poor cockatiels We're having a heatwave at the moment and I'm supposed to be making two rabbit hutches and a new possum box. I really wouldn't mind - if it wasn't supposed to 41 degrees for the remaining days before I go away for schoolies

I've lost my resumé, and all my references... somewhere.... which is incredibly awkward because I have a little over six weeks to find a job in Adelaide, and it's really hard to apply for jobs when I can't find my job application stuff. *sigh*
So I'm going to have to write a new resumé, which is the worst job ever, and not easy as I don't have my references that tell me the dates I worked at different places.

Fred, i hope you can magically find all the documents that you need; i always lose my Centrelink stuff just at the moments that i need to supply it or lose my money. Timing is brilliant, eh? David Yates, you are going to DIE if you go through with this: mugglenet.com/app/news/full_story/3038

I had my work Christmas party last night. I had to dance with a drunk bloke, and he ended up pushing me over. Or pulling me over. Not sure of the exact sequence of events, but now my ankle hurts every time I move it. Fun.

Much more betterer today. It only hurts when I walk on really uneven ground, or bend it at the wrong angle. Most of the time it feels fine.

Oh Mar, it won't happen - because if it did, then what on earth would i whinge about specifically when dealing with forum attendance?! I'd be so very very dull!
Meanwhile it's stress city in my house. My nan is ill, my sister is heavily pregnant and very grumpy, my mum is freaking out and i keep having to go down to Sydney to perform so i'm not home to help as often as i'd like. Augh!

Well, I'll keep on talking to myself!!! We had a mini tornado go through Wellington yesterday and its path was through Karori. One school lost part of its roof and a lot of trees and fences were knocked down as it went through. I was at work by myself and where I sit is surrounded by glass windows that were flexing in and out and it was quite scary. Never had anything like it here before, although we are used to storm force winds. Was worried what I would find when I got home as my house is at the top of the highest road in Karori, but apart from front and back lawns covered with leaves, twigs and rubbish, everything was fine.
