Ooooooh, what fun that would be. I've begun to just cruelly assume everyone can just hop on a plane and come visit us down here, coz i have two friends - one from Finland, one from the U.S. - doing just that this year! Sadly, neither of them can come in time for Phantom.

For those not already on the Ticketek mailing list, they've just announced - to members - the release of an additional six weeks of tickets/performances - whatever! My friend Fran from New Jersey is visiting me later this year and we're actually thinking of having her come just in time to join Cinta and myself at Phantom on Sep 8th! She's never seen Ant live and she adores him, so it would be a real treat for her... the issue would getting her a seat with/near us... or for that matter just getting her a ticket! It's probably not possible this far in.... drats! Still, it was an exciting thought!

Oh! Thanks Belle! I was about to rip into B'wayworld (which is a site i love) for being so slow in posting this over there, but in fact they've given us tons of info that i had not yet read... for example Julie Goodwin as the Chris u/s - i've seen her in things before (can't recall exactly what) and she's very good, so i was most pleased to see that!

OMG OMG OMG I DID JUST SEE WARLOW!!! I flicked onto channel 9 and Sunday Film Review did a story on it!! I turned on the tele just in time to see him sitting on a chair casually, the POTO music started playing and he went agro!! "No ... NO ... !" Brushing away at the air, turning away, eventually he got up and ran o the piano and screamed: "GO NOW! GO NOW AND LEAVE MEEEEEEE!" I was screaming! I screamed I laughed I cried - I HAVE to see this show! I don't care anymore, I'm going to talk to my dad, one way or another I HAVE to see this show, I'll pay for my airline ticket and the show ticket and the hotel room, I don't care!! Mum wants to see it too and I might have to ask my sister if she wants to come too, which will mean I have to pay 3 times as much to see it, or I can go with my uni friend Caitlin when her family goes, hopefully if they let me tag along. Oh gawd I'm such a mess my eyes hurt, I'll see if there's a website for the show and if they've got that clip EDIT: AAAARGH, there's only the written report!! sunday.ninemsn.com.au/sunday/art_profiles/article_2255.asp OOOH But they just played the clip of him singing Don't Get Around Much Anymore!!! I'm still hunting for a visual report online I'm sure it's here somewhere |

Thanks Marie-Cris for posting the link. I so wish I had captured it on video. The good news is that now on the page with the article, they now have a "Watch Video" link so we can now see the full 14 minute report. I don't know how to download the video from Nine MSN so if there is any computer guru who can do it - we will all love ya heaps. Great interview. There is also plenty of Phantom merchandise available though it does not feature Anthony yet, just the usual Phantom mask.
